Vlambeer is an Dutch independent game studio consisting out of Rami Ismail and Jan Willem Nijman, bringing back arcade since 1874.

We're best known for our freeware PC/Mac/iOS/Vita game Super Crate Box, our fishing with guns iOS/Android title Ridiculous Fishing and the upcoming 2D dogfighting game LUFTRAUSERS.

Who does what? Jan Willem (or as most people know him, 'JW') is the designer at Vlambeer. He creates the prototypes that eventually turn into Vlambeer games, and for him, prototyping means he creates the entire game. Rami is responsible for the Business & Development aspects, which basically means he sort of does everything business, marketing and development related. The two of them generally don't get along all that well, but they love making games, so things sort of work out.

So you're indie developers? We're two guys making games that we like to make. We dropped out of game design university to start Vlambeer back in 2010 and have been making games ever since. It's been quite a ride so far.
