Beginning to 1:05 - Deal made 3:20 to 5:10 - Deal canceled and soon exit 5:10 to 7:00 - Chase begins and ends with the car flipping 7:00 to 12:20 - Mercer is stopped, charged for evading, frisked twice out of nowhere, not mdced, made wanted yet not cuffed, dragged into the car where he soon escapes and gets away 12:20 to end - Going over what happened
