To get the heart in this stage early, grab the body armor, then fill up the Giga Crush meter. Charge up the fire weapon. Get to the leftmost part of the lowered gravity, and fire at the height of your jump. When you're just barely past the the wall, pause and switch to the crush. Use the crush to get some height, then hold right to cling to the wall. Boom. Sequence break.
Practicing a MMX2 speedrun. This is my best time on the intro stage. I need to get the timing down to get under all of the barriers at the beginning. A minute a twenty seconds is still pretty good, though.
