I'm a PC gamer that plays a variety of things. Most of these are on Steam, but I still pick up a game or two on consoles every now and then.


Here is a list of my basic computer specs:

  • Motherboard: Crosshair IV
  • CPU: AMD 1090t
  • GPU: AMD/ATI 5850


And here is a list of all of the hardware and software I use to stream:

  1. VH Screen Capture: I use this when streaming PC and console games. It's necessary for my setup.
  2. Capture Card: H727 - I don't know where to get this anymore. Can't stream past 720p due to HDCP.
  3. Adobe Flash Media Encoder 2.5 (I only use 2.5)
  4. VLC Media Player - This sends my capture card to desktop, which I capture onto FME with VHScrCap
  5. A generic, powered HDMI splitter.
