Dracula Quick Kill
If you Hydro Storm and toss a Holy Water at the right moment the damage will stack. This works for both forms.
Shielddashing
When you dash you can cancel out of it by doing something else, like jumping, attacking, using an item or flipping out your shield. If you cancel your dash by flipping out the shield you can then do another dash right away. Alternating between dashing and shield as fast as possible will give you the best possible movement speed.
Slogra and Gaibon Quick Kill aka "The Wonder Twins"
You want to throw two knives at Slogra (the skeleton bird) so that Gaibon (the flying blue demon) picks him up. Then use Tetra Spirit when they are above you. When Slogra drops to the ground, punch him until he's dead, then repeat for Gaibon.
Clock Rush
There is a room called "Clock Room" where you first meet Maria. Clock Rush is achieved when you've picked up the Wolf Relic and gotten back to the Clock Room before 9:00 in-game time. The door opens and closes every other minute, so if you're too late the doors will be closed and you'd have to wait a minute for it to open. If you get there sub 8min then the doors will be closed when you arrive, so that you can pass through as soon as it opens at the eight minute mark.
Minotaur and Werewolf Quick Kill aka "The Wonder Twins v2.0"
Stand as close to Minotaur as possible without getting hit and punch him until he's dead. Use Tetra Spirit, jump cancel the animation and go punch Werewolf until he dies.
Out Of Bound aka "oob"
We call it being "Out of bounds" when Alucards sprite overlaps something that is supposed to be solid. So, for example, when you are inside of a wall, that is considered being "OoB".
Early Sword Card
Using a Shieldrod spell to cancel a dash right before you enter the room transition, will make the screen flash. The game is now confused about your position. So if you turn around to the right and dash backwards while still holding right, you'll end up on the other side of the statue.
Wolf Rise
When you transform into wolf, you'll gain some hight. To keep on rising up, quickly turn into mist form and then back into wolf. If you press both transform buttons at the same time you'll not spend any MP while rising.
Money Glitch
If you use the Sword Brothers Spell before talking to the Librarian, the spell will make it possible for you to go into your inventory. So when you equip the "Garnet" and then sell it, it causes an Overflow glitch because the game subtracts zero with one. This gives you 200+ garnets, making it possible to afford the Duplicator among other things.
Library Floor Skip
To do this you have to transform into wolf. Run and jump right before the stairs, transform back into Alucard and get stuck oob. This trick is sub-pixel perfect, in other words, luck based. To get in bounds again you hold up and transform into mist.
Infinite Wing Smash aka "IWS"
While performing a Wing Smash you can do the input for it again to continue flying. This can be done until you run out of MP.
Richter Skip
The same as "Library Floor skip" except you have to IWS your way to a platform. Then transform into wolf form. As wolf hold left and spam the jump button until you get in bounds again. This can also be done another way but requires all three Wolf Relics.
Double Heart Refresh aka "Double HR"
To do this you have to equip two Heart Refreshers and the duplicator. While using the first HR you can hold down the button for the second HR so that it comes out as fast as possible. If you scroll the screen from the corner of a room, backdashes and DHR using at least two of them, it will create a void between the current room and the previous.
The relic skip"
When you enter the room with the Guardians, you can DHR to create a void between that room and the Clock Room. You can then backdash into the void and transform into bat before falling into the room bellow. Then you fly up into the right position where you go left and untransform. The screen will usually start to flicker and by mashing jump you get into the room above you to the left.
