Lowered the resolution I stream at while raising all of the other settings like quality and bitrate. I'm not too happy with the stream's full screen quality so I might raise the resolution a bit more. I just don't want to take anymore performance hits... fps dropping 1-2 frames might not be much but it really fucks me up.
