Hardware: Blackmagic Intensity Pro capture card, a whole lot of cables, and 25/25 fios.
Software: XSplit Premium, Flash Media Encoder 3.2, Virtual Audio Cable. Streams are done at 3000-5000+kbps. PS3 and 360 streamed at 60fps.
