Metal Gear (NES) Pacifist in 25:11

Recorded Jun 14th 1pm on dunnius 26:51 26

This is an improved pacifist run to get that old outdated run out of here. This can still be improved.

Metal Gear (NES) Any% in 24:42

Recorded Jun 11th 8pm on dunnius 26:25 57

24:42 is a new WR for Metal Gear Any%. This run is submittable, but is improvable slightly with some better luck. The guards trolled too much again.

Metal Gear (NES) Any% with Handgun in 24:59

Recorded Jun 11th 6pm on dunnius 26:39 45

So the handgun route can beat 25 minutes. This is close to the route's limit. The detour's time to get the handgun can't be made up, but it sure makes the game easier. Sorry about the audio desync. I forgot to resync before this. I may redo this in the future.

Proof that Cigarettes Kill

Recorded Mar 3rd 2012 on dunnius 0:15 32

This is a blooper because I selected the wrong item. But I made the best of it.

NES Metal Gear Pacifist 25:56

Recorded Aug 22nd 2011 on dunnius 27:35 11

This is a pacifist run of NES Metal Gear. It uses the any% route, but does not punch or shoot any of the regular enemies. Only the required bosses are defeated.

NES Metal Gear Plane [game] Crash

Recorded Jun 11th 2011 on dunnius 0:30 16

This is Station KNK bringing you a spot news report. Yesterday at Dusk there was apparently a plane crash in the region of Galzburg, South Africa... This is your computer speaking. Please clean the game before inserting it!

NES Metal Gear Glitch Beating the Supercomputer

Recorded Jun 3rd 2011 on dunnius 1:07 24

I found a glitch in NES Metal Gear. By going into any of the menus after beating the Supercomputer and before the message that starts the countdown, it prevents that message from coming up and does not unlock the door. It also stops the music because the message starts the countdown music, and beating the Supercomputer ends the Supercomputer music. This skip is very likely the same thing as the pitfall skip.
