Rule's;s:

1) Not Link Unless Given Permission By Mod.

2) The Chat is to be English or Japanese Only. English Only Perferbly cause not every one can read/understand Japanese I can Translate if need and I'm not busy.

3) Most of the Time Slow mode will be Off, But if Chat becomes Un-tamed I will or A mod will Activate Slow Mode.
