After all these years, I can finally say I've beaten Adventure Island! Also, I apologize for the screaming when I finally beat the boss. This game is difficult and I got really excited. x: Also, nobody told me my sound wasn't coming from the game properly so you don't get to hear the really happy theme that plays when you win. :(
