Keyframe Frequency 2 Seconds
Input size: 720x480
Output Size: 720x480
Bitrate: 1800
FPS: 25
Audio Settings:
AUX (or Front Line In)
Format: MP3 (Mono)
Sample Rate: 22050 Hz
Bitrate: 32 kbps
(Volume Slider is Half Way)
Total Video+Audio BitRate 587 kbps
My upload Speed is usually 1900kbps
