I use Flash Media Encoder 3.2

Main: 3.1
Keyframe Frequency 2 Seconds
Input size: 720x480
Output Size: 720x480
Bitrate: 1800
FPS: 25

Audio Settings:
AUX (or Front Line In)
Format: MP3 (Mono)
Sample Rate: 22050 Hz
Bitrate: 32 kbps
(Volume Slider is Half Way)

Total Video+Audio BitRate 587 kbps
My upload Speed is usually 1900kbps

If you have any suggestions as to how to make my stream look better Or you need help in getting your stream looking good dont hesitate to leave me a message, i have helped many people getting there stream up and going or looking better.
